About Me
I am a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Faculty of Education at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), where I also received my Ph.D. in Education. Previously, I was a Research Fellow at the National Institute of Education (NIE), Nanyang Technological University.
My research centers on well-being in educational settings. I examine how emotions, emotion regulation, and school contexts, particularly school leadership, shape teachers’ daily well-being and professional functioning. I also explore how social-emotional learning, professional development, and school-based interventions can support the well-being of teachers and students.
